Blackhawks Say Goodbye to Bolland and Frolik Amidst 2013 NHL Draft

Dave Bolland may have scored the goal that brought home the Stanley Cup for the Blackhawks for the second time in four years, but it was also the last goal he would score in a Chicago sweater.  Number 36 was traded to the Toronto Maple Leafs on Sunday evening in exchange for 51st and 117th overall 2013 draft selections, as well as a fourth round pick in 2014.

Shortly after it was announced that Bolland had laced his skates in Chicago for the last time, the Blackhawks traded Michael Frolik to the Winnipeg Jets for the 74th and 134th overall draft picks.

The Blackhawks made 8 selections in the 2013 NHL Draft with their additional picks from the trades of Bolland and Frolik.  Chicago picked up three defensemen and five forwards over the weekend.
