The Chicago Blackhawks are now running 3 simultaneous streaks thanks to goaltender Ray Emery, who is now the first goalie in NHL history to have a 10-0-0 start.
The Blackhawks are still holding strong in their other historic NHL streak of 24 games without a regulation loss thanks to Dan Carcillo’s winning goal sealing the Hawks’ 3-2 victory over the Colorado Avalanche last night.

In addition to rewriting the history books of the league, the Blackhawks are also setting franchise records with 11 consecutive wins.
All this is incredible, and only gets more amazing when taking into consideration that this Blackhawks team has 45 out of a possible 48 points so far this season and we are already halfway through the schedule.
Yes, it’s possible and very likely that this streak will end someday, but in the meantime, enjoy the ride Blackhawks fans!
The next NHL record the Hawks could snatch is the longest streak (not starting streak) without a regulation loss, set by the 1979-80 Philadelphia Flyers at 35 games.
