Current and former Chicago Blackhawks players will drop the puck tomorrow night at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, IL for the “Champs for Charity” game that will raise money for the Ronald McDonald House of Chicago.
USA Today reports the event is expected to draw a crowd of around 10,000 and raise $250,000 for the benefitting charity organization.
The Hawks will be joined on the ice by other NHL players from around the league in this “Chicago” v “The World” matchup.
This game may be the only hockey Chicagoland sees for awhile from its Blackhawks, especially Patrick Kane, who will be joining the Swiss League with EHC Biel following Friday’s game.
Tickets are still available on Ticketmaster.com under the event name “Champs for Charity.”
See you there!
